Project Background
In Bangkok, There is a lot of popup market around the city, The event hosts by several event organizer firms, I was one of five hundred thousand vendors who had to seek a great place to sell the product. So I understand how difficult it was to book a booth.

On the other side of the event business, It was also difficult for the event organizer to deal with a ton of vendors in a very short period of sale. They usually connect with those vendors through various channels. Common tools they use as booking documentation in each event are paper and pen.

Although I was a vendor with direct experience, I still need to complete my user research with other vendors to ensure that the problem is valid
-Interview 36 vendors
-Observe 4 vendors
-Interview 6 Event organizers

My team and I studied the whole process of hosting the event from the event organizers, This study helps us create a service blueprint that visually illustrates the workflow of hosting an event. We also created some persona and user journey maps of vendors to understand and address needs and pain points.

Manual booking course human error a lot. The process takes much of the vendor’s time to complete the booking and confirm the place. The vendor has to manage their schedule and stock following the place and time they have booked.
After we listed and prioritized all needs, pain, and gain from both sides, We stepped into an ideate state. Morphological Chart helps our team spot the most potential solution.
