Motion and animation do more than merely improve the aesthetic appearance of a user interface. They are an essential component of the whole digital product experience. They help enhance the interaction between user and product, Give the product a sense of life and describe the product's and brand's personality.
Many designers think motion design is too complicated or simply not knowing how to design the motion and integrate into the product. At the end of the day, they pass those work of motion and animation to frontend developers without any concern about the design system or corporate identity guide. With limited resources in Thai language, It would be good to summarize all the things on this topic, Make it clear and simple, and provide everyone with a crack and hack.

Learning something new!
This book was suggested to me! Training from the Back of the Room! 65 Ways to Step Aside and Let Them Learn The book introduces training strategies that produce excellent training results. Replacing the old concept of "Trainers talk; learners listen" with a new model for designing and delivering instruction: "Learners learn when they talk and teach."
The book explains me the 4Cs method, which can be used in a variety of ways. I was very eager to find out how to design a training session, and the 4Cs provided the answer.
・ Connections : connect learner to the topic
・ Concepts : let’s learner engage and involve with the lecture.
・ Concreate Practice : review the lesson and practice.
・ Conclusions : summaries and celebration activities.
I created my online course curriculum and sharing sessions using the 4Cs.
I love the idea of celebration! I always encourage participants to create their own mind maps or note in their style, as it will be something they can celebrate and take away from the session.
